What data is collected
This site collects the following categories of data:
- Server access logs: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and page requested. Retained for 30 days for security purposes, then deleted automatically.
- Contact form submissions: Name, phone number, and email address submitted voluntarily through the contact form. Used only to respond to the inquiry. Not shared with third parties.
- Cookies: A single first-party cookie stores your cookie consent preference (accept or reject). If you reject, no additional cookies are set. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Legal basis for processing
Processing of contact form data is based on your explicit consent at submission (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Server log processing is based on legitimate interests in maintaining secure operation of the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Data sharing
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with marketing organisations. Server infrastructure is hosted within the European Economic Area. No data is transferred to third countries.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@farehamfield.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO): uodo.gov.pl.
Cookies
One first-party cookie is set when you interact with the consent banner on the homepage. It stores the string "accepted" or "rejected" in your browser's localStorage under the key cookie_consent. No tracking, fingerprinting, or advertising cookies are used on this site.
